1 Introduction & Consent

i8fb (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User", "you") of the i8fb platform's services.

By creating an account on this platform or starting to use any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the services of this platform.

These Terms apply to residents of Bangladesh. Use of i8fb's services is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when creating an account. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of these Terms. You must notify us immediately if any of your information changes.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

i8fb's services may be restricted for users in certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the service is lawful in the area from which you are accessing it.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether authorised or not.

• Do not share your account details with anyone else.
• If you notice any unexpected activity, notify i8fb immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

i8fb currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — mobile financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — fast and reliable mobile payment service

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each of the methods listed above is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit depends on the specific method and account tier.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Verification

i8fb reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions, which may affect processing time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 150%, with a maximum of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum cap) → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only — if bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be closed.
• i8fb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

i8fb has three VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular and active participation on the platform. VIP benefits, conditions, and cashback calculation details are determined separately by i8fb.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

i8fb is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Bet Outcomes

The bet outcome recorded by the system will be considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, i8fb reserves the right to ensure the correct result is applied. Erroneous payouts may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, market types, bet values, and payout rates are determined by i8fb and may change at any time. i8fb is not responsible for the outcome of bets in progress if a connection is lost during live betting.

6.4 Game Restrictions

Certain games or markets may not be available at certain times or for certain users. i8fb reserves the right to withdraw any game or service without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i8fb platform:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or system manipulation.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Accessing or using another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to carry out a cyber attack on i8fb's systems or network.
• Harassing or acting improperly towards other users.
• Making transactions using a payment account that is not in your name.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the i8fb platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of i8fb or its licensors. You are granted only a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reuse, or publish any content from this platform for any commercial purpose.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

By using the platform, you consent to us:

• Using your personal information to provide our services.

10 Limitation of Liability

i8fb accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• If loss occurs due to the failure of third-party software or hardware.

• If the service is unavailable due to an unforeseen event or force majeure.
• Financial loss resulting from gambling — this is entirely at the user's own risk.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by i8fb

i8fb may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification fails.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• Due to a legal obligation.

11.2 Closed by User

You can request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

12 Changes to Terms

i8fb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of important changes to the best of our ability.
